This is a smaller sized Jade Hill calligraphic dragon, but just as powerful as his larger examples. Such scrolls were meant to serve as good luck charms.
About the Artist
Jade Hill was a Soto Zen monk, abbott of Hoen-ji, who specialized in brushing calligraphic dragon talismans.
